Real Estate Market Report January 2018

During the month of January, two units were sold at Maison Grande Condominium. The average selling price of the units was $234 per square foot. Unit #405 sold through conventional financing after only 61 days on the market. Unit #806 also sold through conventional financing, spending a total of 207 days on the market.

Only one unit was offered for sale at Maison Grande. Unit #1504, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is listed for $454,000. Our inventory of units for sale remains at a low of 14 units in total.

Three new units were listed for rent at Maison Grande last month. All of the units were offered unfurnished. The unit of the month is a corner unit #617 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms featuring unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean, listed at $2,600.

Only one unit rented in the first month of 2018. Unit #733 was offered fully furnished and rented for $1,750 per month after only 49 days on the market.
