NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of six units hit the market in the first month of the year. These units averaged a list price of $880 per square foot. Two of the units offered are on the corner line 01 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including two parking spaces. Two other units are on the corner line 07 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Corner unit #3201 closed this past month of January at the Akoya Condominium for $1,450,000. This unit lasted only 34 days on the market. Deals like this particular one are rare to find.
