UNITS SOLD

Only one unit sold last month at the 5600 Collins Condominium. Unit #9Y sold for $317,000 after spending 237 days in the market. This condo sold through financing with a conventional loan. The active inventory of units for sale is currently at 29.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

A total of 6 units hit the for sale. These units were listed for an average asking price of $383 per square foot. Two of the new listings are corner units. One of them is a southwest corner unit with 1,750 SqFt of living area and fully remodeled, while the other is the northeast corner unit with 1,660 SqFt of living area. 

 
UNITS RENTED

Last month, four units were rented. These units were rented for an average of $2,150 per month. Only one unit was rented unfurnished, which is corner 14E fully remodeled with 1,650 SqFt of living area. These condos lasted an average of 30 days in the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

A lot of motivation was shown by homeowners of 5600 Collins Condominium last month with a total of 11 units that were offered for rent. These units were offered for an average monthly rate of $2,900. Most of these units were offered furnished. One of them is a one bedroom which is rare to find in the market.
