UNITS SOLD
 

The last month of 2018 was great for Akoya when a total of four units got sold. These units sold for an average price per square foot of $680 and lasted an average of 105 days on the market. Unit #4109 closed through conventional financing while the other three closed cash. We started the year with a total of 35 units active for sale.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units plus a cabana were offered for sale this past December. We have two west corner units, #2408 and #1407, and one beachfront cabana. We must highlight that this cabana is already under contract.  Beachfront cabanas are on high demand in our building, and if they hit the market, they don’t last long. That is why it is crucial that your agent keep up to date with the building’s market so when deals like this one come up, you can take advantage of it.

UNITS RENTED
 

It was an excellent month of December at Akoya as a total of six units rented. Most of these units were a one bedroom, and they all rented for an average price of $3,233. All of these units were offered fully furnished, and most of them rented seasonally only.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Five units were listed for rent last month. Unit #2102 was offered unfurnished. The average asking price of these new listing is of $5,250. We must highlight TS-07 offered fully furnished with 3 Beds & 4 1/2 baths and 2,880 square foot, listed at $12,000.
