Real Estate Market Report, December 2018.

In the last month of 2018, only one home sold in North Bay Village. This home is located on North Bay Island and closed for $125,000 less than original asking price. This non-waterfront home sold, after being on the market for 239 days, as a conventional transaction. We started the New Year with a total of 17 homes active for sale in the Island. 

A total of four homes were listed for sale this last December. These non-waterfront homes were offered for an average price per square foot of $270. We must mention 7552 Mutiny Ave that is being offered for as low as $195 per SqFt – this home needs a lot of work. Also, the buyer will have to finish the construction of 7525 Buccaneer Ave which is being offered at $267 per SqFt.
