NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units hit the For Sale market this past month. These new listings have an average asking price of $371,300. Corner unit #3E is being offered fully remodeled with 1,650 SqFt of living area and an oversized balcony. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now 34.

UNITS SOLD
 

One unit was successfully sold last month at the 5600 Collins Condo. Unit #10S was sold after 274 days of being in the market for $522,500, that is 100K less than the original asking price. This southwest corner unit was offered entirely renovated and was closed as a cash transaction.

Three units became available for rent this past month of August. These new listings have an average asking price of $3,167. We must mention that all of these condos are being offered fully remodeled, and they all face west. Corner Units #16S and #17F are also being offered fully furnished.

Only one unit was rented last month. Unit #16B was rented for the full asking price after only 22 days of being in the market. This condo was offered unfurnished.
