NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Only one unit hit the For Sale market this past month. Corner unit #813 is being offered at $499,000. We must mention that this is not the first time this unit hits the market. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 29.

August was a fantastic month at the 360 Condominium with a total of three units sold. These units were sold for an average price per square foot of $258 and spent an average of 83 days on the market before going under contract.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of 6 units were offered for rent this past month in the building. Most of the units are located in building A, and they are all being offered for an average asking price of $2,550 per month. Corner unit #912 with 1,552 SqFt and unit #702 are being offered fully furnished and they both have unobstructed direct bay views.

The rental market did great last month at 360 Condominium. At the commencement of the school, many people relocated, and several of them chose the 360 Condominium as their place of residence. Seven units were successfully rented after an average of only 46 days of being in the market. The average rental price for last month was of $2,364.
