The North Bay Village single-family home market did great last month, even though we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, as a result of the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. Even with all of these circumstances, one home was sold. 7536 Buccaneer Ave was sold after spending only 51 days for $743,200. This home with a pool was sold as a financed transaction with a conventional loan. The active inventory of homes for sale on the Island is now at 17. 

Only one property was offered for sale last month. This non-waterfront home is located on Treasure Island and was listed just under $530,000. This home has a pool and we must mention that it is already under contract.
