In the previous month, two units were successfully rented. Units #702 and #1101 were rented in less than 20 days for a median price of $2,375 and both were unfurnished. 

One unit was offered for rent last month. This unit is located on one of the most desirables lines of the building and is offered unfurnished. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now 8.
