UNITS SOLD

The Akoya Condominium was able to do great last month, although we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, as a result of the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. Despite all of these circumstances, one unit was sold. Unit #3411 was sold for $750,000 after spending 89 days in the market. This unit with 1,151SqFt facing south was sold as a cash transaction.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Last month, two units were listed for sale. Both of these units are a one-bedroom unit facing south. One of them has 1,152 SqFt of living area and the other 808 SqFt. These units were listed for a median asking price of $634,000. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 36.

 
UNITS RENTED

In the previous month, three units were rented in the building. These units were rented for an average price of $4,000 per month and they were all rented fully furnished. We must mention that units #4207 and #2708 were rented by the same listing agent and they were both rented for an annual lease.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

A lot of motivation was shown last month by landlords. A total of 12 units were offered for rent. Most of these units are offered fully furnished and some of them are already under contract. The total active inventory of units for rent is now 54.
