Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at the Grandview Palace. We must mention that we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, as a result of the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 32.

In the previous month, a few good deals came up in the market for sale. We have two one-bedroom units: one is unit #519 in one of the best lines in the building and the other is unit #1704 facing west. We also have a couple of units facing north. Unit #1717 is listed for sale at $269,000 and unit #1514 at $275,000. The lowest-priced unit is #1021 offered remodeled at only $249,000. Last but not least is unit #2110 with amazing east views is offered tastefully remodeled.

A total of two units were rented last month. These units were rented for $1,850 per month and lasted an average of 104 days in the market before being rented. Both of these units were offered unfurnished.

Five units were offered for rent last month. These units are offered for an average price of $1,900 per month. We have unit #903 which is a one-bedroom offered at $1,450 and is really rare to find in the market. Equally, corner unit #1005 is listed for rent at $1,800.
