Only one unit was offered for sale last month in the building. Unit #412 was offered partially remodeled and listed at $299,900. This condo is located in the east side of the building, facing south with partial views to the ocean. The building inventory is now at 14 units for sale.

Two units were successfully sold last month at the Maison Grande condominium. These units lasted an average of 139 days on the market before closing for a median price per square foot of $250. One unit closed cash and the other one closed with a conventional loan.
