NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units hit the For Sale market last month in the building. We have two corner units on line 18 and to highlight, we have unit #2003, a one-bedroom condo, listed at $189,000. With these new units, the active inventory of units for sale is now at 44 in total, which is still less than 10% of the total building inventory.

Only one unit was sold last month at the GrandView Palace condominium. Unit #2022 lasted only 5 days on the market before going under contract. This condo was sold cash for the full asking price, making it a great deal. Deals like this one do not last long on the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

10 units hit the For Rent market in the past month. All these units are offered unfurnished and they have an average asking price of $2,000. We must highlight that unit #1601 is being offered for $2,000 and it is fully remodeled. We also have both #2214 and #1516 offering unobstructed north views. We would like to mention that unit #1123 is already rented and unit #1516 is already under contract.

April was an amazing month for the rental activity in the building. A total of eight units were rented for an average monthly price of $2,044. These units lasted an average of 51 days on the market before getting rented successfully. Units #2016 and #416 were offered fully furnished while the other ones were offered unfurnished.
