NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units hit the For Sale market in the past month at the Diamonds condominium. At the Green Diamond, we have corner unit #3503, which features unobstructed south and east views, listed at 2.5M. At the Green Diamond, we must highlight the combined units 802-803, which features 3,540 sqft of living area and has been fully renovated until the last detail. This condo is being offered at $4,690,000.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were successfully sold in the past month at the Blue Diamond condominium. Unit #2706 was sold for $800K as a financed transaction through a conventional loan after almost 2 years of being on the market. Unit #2002 was sold for $1.3M as a cash transaction after 122 days of being on the market. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 38 in total within the two buildings.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Three units were offered for rent at the Green Diamond tower last month. These condos are being offered for an average asking price of $5,233. Unit #401 is the only unit that is offered fully furnished. With these new listings, the active inventory of units for rent within the two buildings went up to 12 in total.

UNITS RENTED
 

Only one unit was rented last month at the Diamonds condominium. Unit #3908 located in the Blue tower, was rented really close to its asking price and only after 51 days of being on the market. This condo was offered fully furnished and completely renovated.
