NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Two units hit the For Sale market in April at the Collins condominium. Both of these condos are a one bedroom - one and a half baths and both are being offered for a median price of $371,950. Unit #904 faces south while unit #422 faces east.

Unfortunately, no unit was sold in the past month in the building. This leaves the active inventory of units for sale in the building at 18 in total.

Three units were also offered for rent at the Collins condominium in April. To highlight, this month we had unit #915, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms featuring unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and being offered at $2,800. We must mention that this unit is already under contract. The active inventory of units for rent is now at 19.

UNITS RENTED
 

Three units were successfully rented last month at The Collins condominium. They were all rented really close to the asking price and after lasting an average of 55 days on the market. All these units were offered unfurnished with a monthly rental price of $2,067.
