One unit successfully sold last month at the Blue Diamond. Unit #3304 sold for $1,150,000 after spending 247 days on the market. This unit was tastefully remodeled, featuring 1,550 square feet of living area with two bedrooms plus a den.

A lot of motivation was shown by homeowners last month when a total of 5 units were offered for sale. Four of these units are located at the Blue Diamond, and they were all listed for an average asking price per square foot of $846. We must mention that one of these units is already under contract. These new listings bring our active inventory of units for sale up to 30 in total between the two buildings.

Three units were rented last month. Combined units #2601 & #2602 rented fully furnished for $12,000 per month, featuring 5B & 5B. The other two units, located at the Green Diamond, rented for a median monthly price of $4,400 a month. Only #2908 was rented unfurnished.

The motivation was through the roof last month, not only on units listed for sale but also on units listed for rent. A total of 10 units were offered for rent between the two buildings, six of them located in the Blue. These units were provided for an average asking price of $4,510 per month, and most of them are fully furnished. The total active inventory of units for rent between the two towers is now 18.
