UNITS SOLD

As mentioned in our previous monthly report. We have recently seen an increase in prospective buyers in our building and area. As a result of this increase in traffic, last month a total of 4 units were sold. These condos were sold for an average price per sqft of $493. Most of these units are a one-bedroom condo, except for the corner unit #807. Definitely, if you have been thinking about selling this is the best time to put your unit on the market. NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Three units were offered for sale last month at Akoya Condominium. All these units are located on corner line 03 and they are offered at an average asking price per square foot of $1,032. The unit of the month is #2603, located on the 26 floor offering unobstructed views from every room and is offered at $1,650,000. UNITS RENTED

As we are going through this pandemic a lot of tenants have been relocating. Akoya condominium is a really desirable building in Miami Beach not only because of its conditions an amenities but also because it allows monthly rentals. For this reason, last month when usually is a slow month we have seen a total of 8 units being rented. We must also mention that most of these units were rented for short term only and discount prices..

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Five units hit the market for rent this past month. All these units were offered fully furnished and three of them are corner units online 07 and 08. The average monthly asking price is $3,700. We must mention that #2105 is already rented.
