UNITS SOLD

Two units were successfully sold last month in the building. As we mentioned in previous reports, we have seen an increase in traffic of prospective buyers in the island, making it the perfect time to list the unit for sale if you have been thinking about it. These units were sold after an average of only 140 days on the market. We must mention #2110, which sold as a cash transaction for $340,000, is the highest sold sale recorded in 2020. Both of these condos were sold by the same listing agent.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Four units were offered for sale last month in the building. These units are offered for an average asking price of $280,000, and two of there are on line 12. The listings of the month are #924 and #1008. Both of these condos are remodeled and facing the pool area, with two assigned parking spaces. Unit #924 is offered at $279,000 facing south and unit #1008 at $295,000 offering unobstructed east views.

 
UNITS RENTED

Amazing month for landlords in the building. A total of six units were rented, and they rented for an average price of $1,900. These units were rented after approximately 40 days in the market and only one was furnished.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Seven units were offered for rent in the building in July. These new listings are offered for an average price of $2,100 per month. We must mention two of them are already under contract. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at only 11.
