UNITS SOLD

One unit was sold last month in the building . This unit sold for $320,000 as a financed transaction after almost a year of being in the market. This condo faces east, features 2B & 2B and has 1,190 Sq Ft of living area. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 31.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Four units were offered for sale last month in the building. The average asking price per square foot of these new listings is of $398. We must mention that a combined penthouse facing west with 4B & 4B and 2,100 SqFt of living area is offered for over $700 per SqFt. 

 
UNITS RENTED

Six units were successfully rented last month. Three of these units are one-bedroom, and they all rented for an average monthly price of $2,000. Only one of these units was rented unfurnished. The unit of the month is 16B, which rented for $2,300, facing east and fully furnished. The agent you choose to handle your unit will definitely impact how much your unit will sell for, and the time it will last in the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

A lot of motivation was shown from landlords last month with a total of 10 new units offered to rent. These units are offered at an average asking price of $2,550 per month and only three of them are offered fully furnished. To highlight, we have #11P; this condo features unobstructed west views, its tastefully furnished and its being offered for $2,500.
