NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A lot of motivation was shown last month with a total of 10 homes hitting the for sale market in North Bay Village.  Six of these homes are located in North Bay Island and two waterfronts are located on Treasure Island. The average asking price per square foot for the non-waterfront homes is of $294per SqFt while the waterfronts were listed at a median price of $576 per SqFt. We must mention that 7548 W. Treasure Drive has been in the market at different occasions with higher asking prices. This time is being offered at $1,599K and is also listed for rent. The listing of the month is 7701 Miami View Dr, a two-story home featuring 6,414 SqFt and built in 2008 offering the lowest price per square foot in the island.

Amazing month of September with a total of five homes getting successfully sold in Treasure Island. Two of these homes were waterfront properties sold as a cash transaction for an average of $849 per square foot. Both of these homes were new constructions. 1520 S. Treasure Dr was built in 2012 while 1610 S. Treasure Dr was built in 2019. The non-waterfront home that sold last month was sold for an average price of $589,500.
