NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Six units became available for sale this past month and they were all listed for an average asking price per square foot of $769. To highlight we have unit #1007, this condo has the lowest price for a two full bed- two bath in the building. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 39 in total.

UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit was sold at Akoya last month of September. Unit #2102 facing east with two parking spaces was sold as a financed transaction with a conventional loan for $1,040,000. This condo lasted 176 days on the market before finally selling.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Nine units were offered for rent in the building last month. Half of these units are being offered  unfurnished and for an average asking price of $4,380 per month.  We have corner unit #3803, a fully remodeled and converted into a two master bedroom condo listed at $8,000 and the unit of the month #4401 offer tastefully furnished with panoramic views from the 44th floor listed at $5,975.

UNITS RENTED
 

A total of five units found new tenants this past month. These units lasted on the market an average of 173 days before renting and for an average price of $3,050 per month. These condos were all offered fully furnished. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now up to 55, however, most of these units are already rented for the season.
