NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Seven units hit the For Sale market this past September. We have one unit in building C, #Ph02 and a lower penthouse unit #1503 in building B, both located in the most desirable lines of the building. All these new listings have an average asking price of $318 per square foot. The active inventory at the start of October is 28.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were sold last month at the 360 Condominium. Unit #1509, a unique oversized 2B & 2B plus a den with over 1,700 square feet of living area, was sold very close to the asking price and as a cash transaction after only 49 days of being in the market. Unit #808, in building B, lasted more than 2.5 years in the market after listing it with different agents and at various asking prices, was finally sold for $312,000. The median close price per square feet for these units is $245.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Seven units were offered for rent this past month. Two of these units are already under contract, units 603 and 1004. These new listings are being offered for an average asking price of $2,567 per month and unfurnished. Units to highlight are Ph21, with a 10-foot ceiling, fully remodeled and offering incredible views, and unit 209 located in building C with three bedrooms and two bathrooms being offered at $3,200.

UNITS RENTED
 

Only two units rented last month, and they are both located in building A. Corner unit #1413 and unit #1209, which was also recently sold. All these units were offered unfurnished, and they rented for an average price of $2,675. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is 23.
