Only one unit, corner unit 1911, was sold last month at Grandview Palace. This condo was partially remodeled and after 132 days sold as conventional financing for $285,000. Sales on condominiums in the area of Miami Beach and North Bay Village have recently slowed down.

A total of 6 units were offered for sale in September. Out of these new listings, we have two corner units. A unit to highlight is #1704; this one bedroom condo is being offered for $245,000, providing unobstructed western views. One bedroom condos in our condominium are a rarity on the market.

Three units rented last month. These condominiums were offered unfurnished, and after approximately 38 days of being on the market, they were rented for an average of $1,850. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 20.

Motivation skyrocketed last month from homeowners at Grandview Palace when a total of 11 units were offered for rent. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,170 a month.  We have three penthouses including Ph218 which is a three bedroom. Also on the same line 18 another three units became active for rent. We must mention that some of these units are already rented or under contract.
