UNITS SOLD
 

Only one unit was sold last month at the Akoya condominium. Unit #1504, with 808 square feet of living area, close after 141 days of being on the market for $395,000. Now, our active inventory of units for sale is up to 35 in total.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

There was a lot of motivation last month from homeowners to list their units for sale, with a total of nine units hitting the open market. These new listings have an average asking price for square footage of $693.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Only one unit was offered for rent this past month. Unit #1402 facing west with two beds and two baths was offered for $5,600 fully furnished. Our current inventory of units for rent in the building is at 42 in total.

It is a fantastic month of  September on the rental market at the Akoya condominium. A total of 6 units were successfully rented. These units rented at an average monthly price of $3,583 and most of them were offered fully furnished and for short-term only.
