Five units hit the market for sale in October. These new listings have an average asking price of $263 per square foot. The unit to highlight this month is unit 6M, which faces west and was tastefully remodeled, listed at $459,000.

UNITS SOLD
 

One unit was successfully sold at the 5600 condominium this past month. Unit 3E was sold for $300,000 after almost a year of being on the market. This deal closed as a cash transaction and the sale price per square foot was of $182. This unit was fully remodeled and offers a big terrace.

No unit was offered for rent this past month. The active inventory of units for rent currently includes only 9.
