One condo sold this past October at Maison Grande Condominium. Unit #1503 was sold after 56 days of being in the market, as a cash transaction for $333,000. This condo offers partial views to the ocean and is upgraded. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 14.

Seven units found new tenants last month in the building. These condos were rented for an average monthly price of $2,171 after spending an average of 68 days in the market. Most of these condos were fully or partially updated and three of them were offered fully furnished.
