No unit was listed for sale last month. This leaves the inventory of active units for sale at 15; one of the lowest inventories in the area.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were successfully sold The Collins Condo last month. These condos were sold for an average price per square foot of $396. Unit #1222 sold after more than a year of being in the market, as a cash transaction, for $70K less than the original asking price. Corner unit #1005 was an REO that sold after 60 days on the market for $536,00. Deals like this one don’t last on the market for long. If you’re hunting for deals like this one, it is important that you choose an agent that is constantly active in the market, so that he or she can advise you on good deals when they become available.

A total of seven units hit the for rent market this past month in the building. Most of these condos are offered fully furnished and seasonal only.
