Only one unit hit the market for sale at Maison Grande in October. Unit #802 with 1,271 SqFt and two beds and two baths is offered for $448,000. This corner unit faces east and south, and it is partially remodeled.

Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at the Maison Grande condominium. This leaves our active inventory to a total of 18 units active.

Seven units went available for rent last month at Maison Grande. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,400. Some of these units are already pending. With these new additions, the active inventory of units for rent is at 9.

Four units successfully rented last month. These units rented for an average of $2,073 a month and lasted an average of 52 days on the market. Most of them were offered fully furnished. #403 and #1510 have been tastefully furnished and upgraded.
