Three units successfully sold at the 360 condominium last month. These units lasted an average of 172 days on the market before selling for an average price of $303 per square foot. All of these units were sold through financing with conventional loans. The active inventory is now at 38 units active for sale.
NEW UNITS FOR SALE
Six units hit the market for sale last month. These units have an average asking price of $297 per square foot. All of them are located on Building A. Unit #806 is an REO offered for $299,900. We also have PH01 offered at $449,000, offering unobstructed views of the north of Biscayne Bay.
UNITS RENTED
Four units were rented at the 360 in October. All these units are located on Building A, and two of them are corner units with 1,552 square feet of living area. Only #1126 was offered fully furnished, and they all lasted an average of 31 days before going under contract.
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
October saw a total of 14 units listed for rent at the 360. As we approach the holidays, the building inventory of units for rent increased to 27 units available in total. Most of these listings are offered unfurnished.
