Three homes were offered for sale last month in North Bay Village. Two in North Bay Island while the other one is in Treasure Island. The waterfront home 7536 W Treasure Dr features 3B and 3B and a pool and was offered for $1,650,000. The other non-waterfronts homes were listed for a median asking price of $800,000 and none of them have a pool. Note should be taken that 7810 Coquina Dr is already under contract. 

For the single-family homes in North Bay Village, the month of November was an amazing one as two waterfront homes were sold. 7711 Beachview Dr stayed more than a year in the market before ever being sold at a price far beyond the original asking price. After spending only 11 days in the market, 1960 S Treasure Drive was sold at a price approximately equal to the initial asking price. Even though both of these homes are located in a 9,000 SqFt lot and both were recently fully remodeled, one of them offers unobstructed south views and the other faces Treasure Island.
