Six units hit the for rent market in the buildings last month. Three of them in the Blue and three in the Green with two of the being penthouses. The average listing price stands at $926 per square foot for all new listings. 

Two units were successfully sold at the Blue Diamond last month. These units were sold for an average price of $804 per SqFt and as cash transactions. We must mention, unit #3705 was sold only 11days after being in the market.

Seven units were rented in the building last month. These units spent approximately 105 days in the market before renting for an average price of $5,400. Out of the units rented, only #3901 was rented unfurnished. The active inventory stands at 12 as we approach the end of the year.
