Five units hit the for sale market at The Collins Condominium last month. The average listing price stood at $449,000. A unit to be highlighted is #PH09 which was offered for $430,000 and it is already under contract. The listing of the month is unit #1024, offered at $349,000 & facing west, making it the best deal available.  

Unfortunately, nothing was sold last month. The total number of active inventory now stands at 18.

Eight units hit the for rent market in the building last month. These units have an average asking price of $3,000 and four of them were offered furnished. As we approach the end of the year, the active inventory of units for rent stands at 24. 

Five units were rented last month in the building. All these units were offered furnished and for a short term. These units spent an average of 74 days in the market before getting rented and they had an average price of $3,000.
