NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units were listed for sale at the Grandview Palace condominium last month. These units have an average asking price of $282,800. Two of the units listed were on line 09. The listing of the month is unit #2019 located on the best non-corner line of the building featuring direct unobstructed east views with two parking spaces and fully remodeled offered at $345,000. The last unit listed in line 19 sold in less than three months after hitting the market and had the same listing agent.

UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were successfully sold at the Grandview Palace condominium last month. The average price for these units was $263,000. Unit #2017 was sold as a cash deal while unit #1016 was sold through financing after spending only 35 days in the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Eight units were offered for rent in the building last month with an average asking price of  $2,000. Units #911 and #1811 are corner units and also unit #1718 located on the highly desirable corner line 18. Unit #2309 which is fully remodeled is being offered at a price of $1,825, making it the best deal of the month.

UNITS RENTED
 

A total of three units were rented last November in the building. All the units that were rented were offered for an average price of $2,000 and they spent approximately 107 days in the market before renting. We need to emphasize unit #1719 which was rented at a price of $2,400. This tastefully fully remodeled condo is located on line 19 offering unobstructed bay views around the Miami Beach skyline.
