The Diamonds had a total of three new units hitting the open market for sale this past November. Two of them are located on the blue and one on the green. They all have an average asking price per square foot of $893.

Unit #2204 was sold this past November at the Blue Diamond condominium. This two beds and two baths condo sold as a cash transaction after only 52 days of being on the market. It sold for $816 per square foot. Now the active inventory of units for sale within the two buildings is of 32 in total.

Last month only one unit was rented. #2706 located on the green diamond rented for $2,200. This unit lasted 264 days on the market and rented for $600 less than original asking price. Rentals in the building has been slow this year.
