NEW UNITS FOR SALE
Three units were listed for sale this last November. These new condos were listed for an average asking price of $599 per square foot. We must highlight #403, featuring two beds and two baths. This condo offers a fantastic view to the Atlantic Ocean and is listed for $684,900, the best price per square foot.
UNITS RENTED
The Collins had a total of five units rented this past month. These units rented for an average monthly price of $2,600 after spending approximately 53 days on the market. Three of them were offered fully furnished.
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
Four units were offered for rent this past month. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,100. Most of them are offered unfurnished. The active inventory is now at 20 units for rent.
