NEW UNITS FOR SALE

A Total of three unit were offered for sale last month. These units are listed for an average list price per square foot of $235. We have two corner units’ onlooker floors and one penthouse. The active inventory is now at 23 units for sale.

UNITS SOLD

Unfortunately, no unit sold last November at The Bridgewater.

UNITS RENTED

No unit was rented last month.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Four units hit the market for rent last month. Unit #2103 was also listed for sale. That is the trend we have seen lately. Owners list their units for sale and for rent to see what happens first. These new listing have an average list price of $2,556. We must highlight that unit #906 is already under contract.
