UNITS SOLD

Only one unit was sold last month in the building. Unit #1805 was sold as a cash transaction for $361,000 after 56 days of being on the market. We must mention that as the economy slowly reopens and everything starts to go back to normal, we have seen a lot of traffic of prospective buyers and soon in the upcoming months, we will see those results in units sold.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Two units were offered for sale last month at Akoya. These units were listed for an average price per square foot of $669. They are both one-bedroom condos; one facing south with 1,151 SqFt of living area and the other facing north with 808 SqFt.

 
UNITS RENTED

We had a really interesting month when it comes to the rental activity in the building. Four units were rented; two of them are one-bedrooms and the other two are corner units. To highlight, we have unit #3908, with 2B & 2B, rented for $5,000 for a long-term after only 23 days on the market. On the other hand, we have unit #4501, a southeast corner unit with 3B & 2.5 B and 1,761 SqFt of living area, rented for only $5,300 after being on the market for a long time. NEW UNITS FOR RENT

A total of 12 units were offered for rent last month. Only one of the three units is offered unfurnished. The average asking price of these new listings is $4,100. We should mention that one of these units is already rented. The active inventory of units for rent now is 51.
