Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at the 5600 Condominium. However, we must mention that as the economy slowly reopens and everything starts to go back to normal, we have seen a lot of traffic of prospective buyers and soon in the upcoming months, we will see those results in units sold.

Two units were listed for sale last month. These two units are offered for an average asking price of $310,000. Both of these units are facing east and we must mention that one of them is already under contract. The active inventory of units for sale in the building now is 27.

Two units were successfully rented last month. These units were rented unfurnished for a median price of $2,400. #9Y rented after only 14 days on the market while #8G took a little longer.

Three units were offered for rent this previous month. These units are all offered at an average price of $2,600 and two of them are offered fully furnished. The active inventory of units for rent is now at 16.
