Unfortunately, no unit was sold last month at the Maison Grande Condominium. However, we must mention that as the economy slowly reopens and everything starts to go back to normal, we have seen a lot of traffic of prospective buyers and soon in the upcoming months, we will see those results in units sold.

Four units were offered for sale last month in the building. These units were offered for an average asking price per square foot of $337. Only one of them is located on the west side of the building, facing Collins. The other three are on the east side and one faces directly to the Atlantic Ocean.

Two units were rented last month in the building. These units rented for $1,900 per month, after spending an average of 71 days on the market. They were both rented fully furnished and are located on the east side of the building.

A lot of motivation was shown by homeowners last month in the building, when a total of seven units were offered for rent. These units are offered for an average price of $2,170. Four of them are offered unfurnished and only one is a one-bedroom.
