NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of three units were listed For Sale at the Blue Diamond this past month of May. These new listings have an average asking price of $890 per square foot. To highlight, we have corner unit #3603 featuring three beds and three baths with 2,010 SqFt and tastefully remodeled.

Only one unit was sold successfully this past month of May. Located in the Green Diamond, unit #3007 was sold for $1,120,000 as a cash transaction after being in the market for 225 days. This corner unit offers 1,380 square feet and a wrap-around balcony facing north and west of Miami Beach.

A lot of motivation was shown last month from landlords at The Diamonds, with six units hitting the For Rent market. These new listings have an average asking price of $4,258 per month. The active inventory of units for rent is now at 15.

Five units were rented successfully last month at The Diamonds. Two of these units are located at the Blue Diamond and both on line 08, while the other three are located at the Green Diamond. All these condos were rented for an average price of $3,990 per month and most of them were offered unfurnished.
