NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Two units were listed for sale last month at the 360 Condominium. These two condos are located in building B, in line 08, and they both have an average asking price of $342,500. We must highlight that unit #608 is offer fully upgraded with white immaculate ceramic floors all throughout. The active inventory of units for sale within the three buildings is now up to 31.

Three units were sold last month at the 360 Condominium. These units are all located in Building A and lasted an average of 329 days on the market. Unit #907, a one bedroom with one and a half bath, unit #1202, located in one of the most desirable lines of the building and unit #1412, a corner unit with three bedrooms. These three condos closed for an average price per square foot of $293. Two of them closed as cash transactions.

A total of 8 units hit the For Rent market last month. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,574 per month. To highlight, we have unit #404, a one bedroom unit located in building B, and a three bedroom unit in building C. Both of these units are not common to become available on the market.

May was an amazing month for the building, with six units that rented successfully. The average rental price of these units was $2,350. These condos lasted an average of 54 days on the market before finding new tenants. The active inventory is now at 35.
