NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Five units hit Akoya’s For Sale market this past month of May. These new listings have an average asking price of $749 per square foot. We have corner unit #1201, a three bedroom unit offered at $1,498,000 and CAB 3 offered at $225,000. With these new listings, our active inventory of units for sale went up to 31.

UNITS SOLD
 

Three units were sold last month at Akoya condominium. These units were sold for an average price of $557 per square foot after lasting for an average of 320 days on the market. Two of these units were sold cash while the other one was closed through a conventional loan. We must highlight that these units were sold for a much lower price than their original asking price.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Since the high season is over, a lot of units are coming back to the For Rent market at Akoya with a total of eight new condos listed for rent. Most of these units are being offered furnished. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is 49.

UNITS RENTED
 

Three units were sucessfully rented last month at Akoya condominium. These units were rented long term for an average price of $2,883 per month. Unit #3010 and unit #2906 were rented fully furnished.
