NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A total of four units hit the For Sale market this past May. These new units have an average asking price of $359 per square foot. We must highlight that unit #1218, located on the east side of the building offering unobstructed ocean views, fully remodeled and listed at $659,000 is already under contract.

Unfortunately, no unit was sold in the past month. With the new listings, our active inventory of units for sale went up to 14. Maison Grande is one of the few condos in Miami Beach with such a low inventory.

Only two units were offered for rent last month in the building. Unit #1622, a one bedroom condo listed for $2,000, and unit #406 offered at $2,500. Both of these units are offered fully remodeled.

Three units were rented successfully in the past month. These units were rented for an average monthly price of $2,100 and after lasting approximately 168 days in the market. All these units were offered unfurnished.
