The Collins condominium saw a total of four new units hitting the open market for sale this past month of May. These units have an average list price per square foot of $509. Most of these units are one bedroom condos, two of them facing north and one facing west, with the exception of #1102. This corner unit is being remodeled offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean, listed at $830,000.

Unfortunately, no unit sold last month. This leaves the building's active inventory of units for sale at a total of 15.

Six is the number of units that were offered for rent this past month at The Collins condominium. These units have an average list price of $2,567. Two of these units were offered furnished, including corner unit #1602. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now up to 22 in total.

No unit was rented last month.
