One unit was offered for sale last month in the 5600 Collins condominium. This unit faces west and is offered on the low $400,00 price range. The active inventory for sale in the building as we commence April is 28 units.

Two condos were rented in March. These two units were rented for a median price of $2,375 per month after spending an average of 92 days in the market. Unit #12G rented furnished while unit #9P was unfurnished.

A lot of motivation was shown by landlords last month when a total of nine units were offered for rent. Most of these units are a two bedroom and the average asking price of all of them is $2,600 per month. The listing of the month is unit #16B listed at $2,500. This condo is partially remodeled and is offered fully furnished, facing west.
