One of them is located on the lowest floor facing north and the other is facing west located on a high floor. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 19.

Three units were rented last month. All these units are a one-bedroom and rented for an average price of $2,300 per month. Unit #824 was the only one that rented unfurnished.

Five new listings hit the market for rent last month in the building. Three of these units are a two-bedroom and also three out of these new listings are offered fully furnished. The average asking price for these five units is $2,900 per month and the total active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 19 as well.
