UNITS SOLD

March was an amazing month at the 360 condominium when a total of two units were successfully sold. These condos were sold for a median price of $307,500 as cash transactions. Unit #611 in building A sold after spending only three days in the market for $305,000 and unit #608 in building B took much longer before finally selling for only $310,000.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Last month, four units were offered for sale. Three of these units are located on building A and one penthouse in building B. We have one REO (Bank owned) unit which was offered for sale last month and another unit located on line 16 offered for sale at $300,000 that is already under contract. The active inventory for sale as we start April is at 26 units.    

 
UNITS RENTED

Three units were successfully rented last month. Unit #522, a one bedroom rented for $1,750 after spending only 38 days in the market. Also, corner unit #625 was rented las month for $2,650. However, this unit took much longer in the market. Last but not the least is unit #203 in building C which was rented for $3,250 per month. All these units were rented unfurnished.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

A lot of motivation was shown by landlords last month when a total of nine units were offered for rent. These units were offered for an average asking price of $2,580 per month. Most of these condos are located on building A but there are two in building B and one in building C. The listing of the month is unit #1109 in building B. This unit has been tastefully remodeled with white flooring all throughout, kitchen features white cabinets with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, master bath has an oversize shower and double sink. Definitely a must see.
