NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

A lot of motivation was shown by homeowners of the Diamonds Condominium this past March with a total of five new units hitting the For Sale market. Most of these units are located in the Blue Diamond. These new listing have an average asking price per SqFt of $790. With these new additions, our active inventory of units for sale went up to 38 within the two buildings, which represent less than 6% of the total inventory.

Only one unit was successfully sold last month at the Blue Diamond Condominium. Corner unit #603 with 2,010 SqFt of living area sold for $1,850,000 after spending just 91 days on the market. This closed as a cash transaction.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Seven units were offered for rent last month. These units have an average monthly price of $5,271 and 4 of them are being offered unfurnished. The active inventory of units for rent within the two building is now 16.

Amazing rental activity this past month of March in the building. Three units found new tenants at the Diamonds. These condos rented for an average monthly price of $4,117 and lasted an average of 110 days on the market. Two of them were offered fully furnished.
