UNITS SOLD
 

Only one cabana was successfully sold last month at the Akoya condominium. Cabana #06 sold as a cash transaction for $205,00 after being in the market for 296 days. This cabana was originally listed for $239,000.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Two units hit the For Sale market last march at Akoya condominium. Corner unit #1508  offering two bedrooms & two bathrooms, and unit #1706 a one bedroom unit with 806 SqFt of living area. These units have a median asking price per square foot of $831. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 33.

UNITS RENTED
 

Four units were successfully rented last month at the Akoya condominium. These units rented for an average monthly price of $2,681 after spending an average of 95 days in the market. Except for unit #2102, all the other units were rented fully furnished.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Four units were also offered for rent last month in the building. Unit #909 and unit #2707 are being offered unfurnished and they have an average asking price of $4,450. We must mention that, unit #3908 is being offered for $7,800 per month.
