NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Three units hit the For Sale market this past month at The Bridgewater Condominium. These new listings have an average asking price per SqFt of $244. We must highlight, that unit #706 has the best price per square foot in the building.

UNITS SOLD
 

Unfortunately no unit was sold last month in the building. The active inventory for sale is now  25 units.

UNITS RENTED
 

Only one unit was rented last month at The Bridgewater condominium. After spending 533 days in the market, Unit #1801 finally rented for $2,200. That is $600 less than the original asking price.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Two corner units were offered for rent this past month in the building. Both of these units are on line 07 and they feature unobstructed views of the Biscayne Bay. With 1,262 SqFt of living area this unfurnished units have a median asking price of $2,575.
